Project Engineer (Building Maintenance Works)

Job Summary

We are a multi-disciplined engineering company providing works and services to local private sector and selected public sectors. We are seeking a personnel who is self motivated, detail-oriented, energetic and self-organized to join our team for delivering on-cost and on-time premium services to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the construction team, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with the wider project team to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication
• Providing regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Assist in tender-bidding process

Job Requirement

• Degree/high diploma in Building Surveying, Building Studies or related field
• Familiar with Hong Kong’s Building Ordinance and other related regulations
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance in Hong Kong
• Prior Experience working on RMAA projects is highly desirable
• Holder of the Certificate in 43-hour Construction Safety Supervisor Course is an advantage
• Good command of both Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Candidates should be self-motivated and have strong problem solving and communication skills
