Job Overview

M&S Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Project Engineer – CCTV & Fire Alarm Systems in Akota, Vadodara.

The ideal candidate will assist with the installation and execution of CCTV and fire alarm system projects, coordinate site activities and help ensure that assigned work is completed according to project requirements.

Freshers with basic technical knowledge and candidates with electrical, wireman or technician backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing CCTV and fire alarm system installation projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day installation activities at project sites.
• Support cable routing, wiring, equipment installation and system testing.
• Read basic technical drawings and follow installation layouts where required.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors and other project personnel.
• Monitor work progress and help ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Report site issues, material requirements and project progress to the supervisor.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV and fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of electrical wiring, cabling and installation procedures.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage.
• Wireman or technician skills preferred.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at project sites and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn project execution and site management.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass, ITI or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Candidates interested in project installation and technical site work are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Weekly off: Sunday.
