What We’re Looking For:

• Must be a Civil Engineer graduate with 3-5 years of experience in construction or related field
• Preferrably with high-rise projects experience (e.g. condominiums, hotels, and etc.)
• Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp (drafting & modeling)
• With valid COSH/SO3 certification but not required
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from start to finish
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction process.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare project cost estimates based on plans & site conditions
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Perform quantity surveying (materials, labor & equipment)
• Report regularly to the Construction Manager
• Handle progress billings & material inventory
• Attend weekly coordination meetings
• Prepare shop drawings
