Project Engineer (Civil & Structural)

• Estimate, monitor & control civil & structural quantities (labor, materials, equipment & sub-con)
• Coordinate with the Cost & Schedule Engineer for the preparation of the baseline cost & schedule
• Prepare and submit request for materials, labor, equipment' & subcon
• Monitor and supervise civil & structural works
• Submit weekly civil & structural accomplishment
• Coordinate civil & structural changes with Design & Engineering Department
• Recommend effective engineering solutions to field problems
• Review construction plans & specifications for basic compliance with the prevailing Code and Standards of Practice
• Coordinate civil & structural changes with CAD Operator for the as-built plans
• Conduct QC inspection and testing for finishing and architectural works
• Turnover civil & structural works in accordance to plans & specifications
• witness the testing of concrete, concrete hollow blocks, weldments and rebar samples
• Assist in overseeing health & safety standards on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
