Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity estimation.
• Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
