PROJECT ENGINEER CIVIL

• Review of Civil/Structural Plans/Interior Fit-out Plans.
• Estimate Bid Plans
• Evaluation of Billings
• Preparation of Construction Documents
• Able to preside Construction Management Meetings and Coordination
• Coordination with sub-contractors, suppliers, inspection of companies and site teams for their daily requirements,
• Responsible for writing weekly progress reports for all projects and take approval from Project Manager.
• Review Request from site including manpower-machineries, relocation requests, overtime requests, testing requests and material purchases et.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines or outside Metro Manila.
• Able to prepare and interpret design as per owners specifications.
• Candidate with Background in Quantity Surveying to handle Pre-construction Works is a plus.
• Senior Engineers and Junior Engineers are preferred.
• Required skill(s): Estimate Bid Plan, AutoCad, MS Office. \ Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can handle multi tasking job.
• Know how to use Autocad.
