Project Engineer (Civil)

We are looking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to join immediately our company. The candidate with strong background in managing and executing Villas, Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of work milestones.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to achieve timely project completion.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. (Prefer if have Equivalency Certificate or Engineering License).
• 6–10 years of experience in Villas, Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Building projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
