Project Engineer (Civil / Construction) – Training Provided

• Well-established Main Contractor
• Basic Salary: $3000 to $4000 + AWS + VB
• Office location: Aljunied
• Project location: Assigned construction sites across Singapore
• On-the-job Training and Guidance from the Project Team
• Hands-on Exposure to Building Construction and Site Operations

Job Scope:

• Assist the Project Manager and site team in planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on work arrangements and project requirements.
• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, identifying discrepancies and following up on clarifications.
• Support the preparation and updating of method statements, risk assessments, drawings and project documents.
• Help coordinate labour, materials and equipment, including material deliveries and receiving inspections.
• Monitor site progress under the guidance of the project team and follow up on outstanding works.
• Assist with site inspections and checks against approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, maintain progress and inspection records, and support coordination of design changes and variation works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and construction methods.
• Interest in building construction, site operations and project coordination.
• Willingness to learn and work at assigned construction sites across Singapore.
