Project Engineer CIVIL (Site Execution) 7 to 10 Years Experience

A leading contracting company is looking for an experienced CIVIL Project Engineer with a strong background in executing residential and administrative building projects, to manage the project on-site from the start of execution through final handover to the client.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fully supervise project execution from excavation and foundation works through finishing and final handover.
• Monitor the project schedule and ensure adherence to set timelines.
• Supervise work teams and subcontractors, ensuring execution quality complies with approved technical specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, owners, and supervision offices to resolve technical issues during execution.
• Prepare and follow up on periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) covering progress and completion rates.
• Manage on-site resources and shoring and dewatering work experience must (manpower, equipment, raw materials) to ensure execution efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (HSE) standards on site.
• Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Ensuring compliance with construction standards, specifications, and safety regulations
• Follow up on handover and final approval procedures with Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and obtain required completion certificates and NOCs.
• Participate in technical coordination meetings and resolve issues affecting workflow.
• Deliver the final project with all required technical documentation (As-Built drawings, warranties, etc.).
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7to 10 years of experience in contracting/execution.
• Solid experience with handover and approval procedures with Dubai Municipality and DDA.
• Dubai Municipality certification is mandatory
• (G+12 is an advantage).
• Management software (Primavera or MS Project) is preferred .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of quality and safety standards in construction sites.Skills Required
