Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to oversee and manage the construction of commercial and non-commercial buildings across multiple project sites nationwide — from Mindanao to Luzon. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and ready to travel as project demands require.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise structural and building works on-site from planning to completion
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource requirements, then carry them out effectively on-site
• Prepare and review shop drawings using AutoCAD to support construction execution
• Oversee construction of both commercial and non-commercial building projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Travel to and oversee multiple project sites across the Philippines as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 8 months to 1 year of relevant experience in structural and building works
• Solid working knowledge of constructing commercial and non-commercial buildings
• Knowledgeable in creating project plans (e.g., work schedules, project timelines, resource and material planning) and executing them on-site from start to finish
• Skilled in creating shop drawings and proficient in AutoCAD
• Willing and able to travel extensively to project sites across Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon
• Must possess a valid Philippine driver's license (4-wheel vehicle)
• Civil Engineering license is not required — relevant hands-on experience is prioritized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must work well with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Good personality, professional demeanor, and ability to represent the company well on-site
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced site environments
