- Received Inquiry from Sales Department
- Know what the scope of work and basic information are.
- Assess if the inquiry requires a site inspection.
- Site Inspection
- Go to jobsite
- Assess and measure everything that is needed to know in order to plan the project.
- Make an initial assessment before leaving the site.
- Project Report
- Make a report based on the details acquired from the site.
- Report a plan proposal to the Engineering head and ask for approval.
- Endorsed the proposal to sales.
- Site Supervision
- If needed, site supervision is required. You need to coordinate and check every detail of the job if the plan is executed based on the proposal.
