Project Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and technically capable Project Engineers to join our Engineering team.

The successful candidates will be involved in the design, structural analysis and project coordination of formwork, shoring and temporary works systems, working closely with our Sales, Project and Construction teams to deliver practical, safe and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Development

• Develop engineering solutions for formwork and temporary works systems.
• Produce design outputs (drawings, layouts, and material requirements) to support project execution.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to optimize design based on site constraints and constructability.
• Contribute to presales proposals with practical and efficient design concepts.

Structural Analysis & Engineering Assurance

• Perform structural analysis and design checks for formwork and shoring systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare calculation reports for internal review and approval.
• Adapt designs based on project changes and site conditions.

Project & Engineering Coordination

• Manage assigned projects from design stage through completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and validate design outputs to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Provide technical support when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering or construction (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Familiar with CAD tools and basic structural design software (Proficient in Revit is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Willing to travel to site when required
