Job Descriptions

• 德语说明书与合规审核 (German Manual & Compliance Audit)
• CN: 独立负责电子电气品类产品的德语说明书、安全警示、产品标贴（Label）、包装信息及合规文件的审核与校对，确保内容准确、无歧义，并符合欧洲及德语区法规要求。
• EN: Independently review and audit German user manuals, safety warnings, product labels, packaging artwork, and compliance documents for electrical & electronic products, ensuring textual accuracy, clarity, and adherence to EU/German regulatory requirements.
• 标准对标与合规校验 (Standards & Regulatory Verification)
• CN: 依据欧洲及德国电子电气安全标准中的说明书要求，校验文本中的安全警示语、标志图标及使用指引是否缺失或违规。
• EN: Cross-check safety warnings, symbols, and operating instructions in technical documents against European and German E&E safety standards to ensure fully compliant presentation.
• 技术沟通与客诉/合规支持 (Technical Communication & Client Support)
• CN: 就说明书审核中发现的问题（如翻译误导、法规缺失、格式不规范等），使用德语/英语与全球客户及内部项目团队进行高效沟通，提供专业修正建议。
• EN: Communicate effectively with global clients and internal project teams in German/English regarding findings (e.g., translation misalignments, missing mandatory statements, formatting issues) and provide professional revision guidance.
• 交付管理与服务报告 (Delivery Management & Service Reporting)
• CN: 在项目要求的交付周期（Lead Time）内完成审核任务，更新审核状态，并出具标准化/规范化的德语说明书审核报告。
• EN: Complete document audit tasks within the project lead time specified, update project tracking status, and generate standardized manual audit/service reports for each completed file.
• 说明书撰写与定制 (Instruction Manual Drafting & Customization)
• CN: 根据客户及项目的具体要求，进行电子电气品类产品德语说明书的编写与内容定制。
• EN: Draft and customize German user manuals for electrical & electronic products according to specific client and project requirements.

Job Requirements

• 语言能力 (Language Proficiency)
• CN: 德语精通；英语可作为日常工作语言。
• EN: Proficient in German (C1 or above / TEM-8 equivalent), with outstanding proofreading skills and high sensitivity to technical grammar and terminology. Fluent in English for daily working communication.
• 品类经验与专业背景 (Product & Professional Background)
• CN: 大专及以上学历，德语、外语类或电子电气/工程类相关专业；有电子电气产品说明书审核、技术翻译、第三方检测认证机构（TÜV/DEKRA/SGS 等）文档审核经验者优先。
• EN: Associate/Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Translation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in E&E manual review, technical translation, or documentation auditing in TIC agencies (e.g., TÜV, DEKRA, SGS) is strongly preferred.
• 沟通与协作 (Communication & Teamwork)
• CN: 具备良好的跨文化沟通能力与服务意识；能适应多任务处理（Multi-tasking），高效配合客服及业务部门推进项目。
• EN: Strong cross-cultural communication skills and service mindset. Capable of multi-tasking effectively under tight project timelines to support Customer Service and Business Development teams.
