PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsible:

• Control of customer’s drawing / documentation.
• Process / Work Instruction / PMP or Control Plan.
• For featuring / tooling supporting production.
• Liaison for all Technical Issues.
• Support production on CA.
• Coordinate the entire FAS production and submission.
• Coordinate, review, rectify and re-submit FAS until customer’s acceptance.
• Ensure the relevant documents are attached for FAS delivery.
• Maintain the FA Action Log.
• Review non-conforming materials and decide on appropriate disposition.

Requirement:

1. Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
2. 3–5 years working experience in manufacturing or machining environment.
3. Able to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.
4. Basic knowledge of PCP, FMEA, SPC, FAI, and PPAP (automotive experience is an advantage).
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
7. Experience in handling projects and performing SPC analysis.
8. Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage (to communicate with Chinese clients), but not mandatory. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
9. Knowledge of CNC/CAM machines, machining operations, and basic programming (Solid Works, G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) is an added advantage.
