PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities :

-       Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans; conferring with management.

-       Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; by bids if necessary.

-       Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.

-       Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests

-       Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

-       Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving.

-       Controls project plan by reviewing design specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

-       Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.

-       Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

Qualifications :

 -      Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field (e.g., Mechanical, Petroleum).

-       Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Prior experience in Bolting Service is a plus.

-       Proficient in Solid Work Design, Drawing,Autocad.

-       Experience in sourcing parts from local and overseas vendors.

-       Strong negotiation and price analysis skills.

-       Able to work in night shift schedule, work during weekends ( on calls) and public holidays.

-       Able to work on site.

-       Customer-Centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

-       Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

-       Ability to work effectively under pressure.

-       A good communication skills / a good team-leading skills.

-       Proficient in Microsoft Office  particularly Excel.

-       Conversational fluency in English.
