Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To plan, monitor and manage projects & site works
• To constantly review work progress, claims, variation orders and resources at site
• To attend meeting with consultant, client, main-con, supplier etc,
• To ensure all works are executed according to schedule and specifications

Requirements:

• At least Degree or Diploma in related field
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment, including FTTH, ODN or other transmission and access network projects.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, site teams, project schedules, and customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH network deployment, transmission networks, and telecommunications project implementation processes.
• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, quality control, and material management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work outstation when required
