Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors
• Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and safety practices

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
