Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer who will serve as the Project In-Charge for the Site Development of our property. The role involves overseeing civil construction projects and renovation works, ensuring that all project activities meet quality, safety, and schedule standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Proven experience 3 - 5 years working in civil engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• With experience in mid-rise high end building project

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all quality-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plans the work and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Prepare daily QA inspection reports and track corrective actions.
• Ensures that all material used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Agrees a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Assess and determine acceptance or rejection of services and completed work.
• Verify that all required construction quality control sampling, testing, and documentation are performed correctly.
• Perform other related duties as required to ensure project success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project documents, drawings, and scope of work.
