What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Licensed Engineer is preferred, depending on the project requirements.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Capable of conducting site inspections, measurements, and quality control checks.
- Able to coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
- Can start ASAP is an advantage.
