Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed project objectives.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers and Nalco sales representatives throughout project execution.
• Support contract compliance and coordinate project execution with the customer’s management team and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication with customers, internal teams, contractors, and installation teams.
• Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and field teams to ensure activities are completed according to agreed schedules and project milestones.
• Develop process designs and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) based on customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals for tender submissions and customer requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical requirements, and design documentation to ensure compliance with contractual and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues to support successful and timely project delivery.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, products, and market trends to support continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Project Engineer or similar project engineering role within Data Centres, Cooling Systems, Water Treatment/Chemical Systems, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, or related industrial environments.
• Strong project coordination and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Flexible and willing to work at different client sites based on project requirements.
• Work Location: Assigned client sites, primarily in Bangkok and Chonburi.
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with flexible working hours depending on project requirements. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Interview Process: 2–3 interview rounds, conducted through a combination of online and onsite interviews.
