Project Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Site and project management and daily operations, routine/ad hoc service work for industrial water treatment systems
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress for construction until project handover
• Monitoring manufacturing progress of fabricators to ensure schedule timeline and quality requirements as per agreement
• Liaising, negotiating and managing sub-suppliers/sub-contractors in the region with respect to procurements and in-situ execution of sales contracts or projects
• Assist Project Manager to coordinate and communicate with end-user customers, local and regional suppliers to produce deliverables as per contractual specifications and schedules
• Compiling and handing over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals to end-user customers

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 3-5 years of related experience in project management, project engineering, and operations for industrial water treatment systems
• Fresh graduate could also be considered
• Willing to travel both domestically and overseas
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
