About the Role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Water Treatment team. You will be responsible for managing project execution, timelines, budgets and customer relationships while ensuring projects meet contractual and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance criteria.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and coordinate closely with the sales and field teams.
• Support contract compliance and fulfilment while working as an extension of the customer’s management team.
• Work closely with project developers and field organization representatives to deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of the water treatment industry and stay updated on new developments, products, research and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver clear technical and customer communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in water treatment, oil & gas or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Resourceful, collaborative and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to spend significant time working outdoors and engaging with customers.
