Project Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of M&E projects from design to completion.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams for M&E works.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reporting, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, EHS, and regulatory standards on site.
• Collaborate with design engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and as-built records.
• Support procurement activities, material verification, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E project engineering within construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
