1. CSA SPECIALIST

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) projects within manufacturing facilities, from planning and design through project implementation.

Qualifications

1. Minimum associate degree in Civil Engineering

2. Have experience in project administration

3. Have experience in designing and drawing of industrial/ factory buildings, small – medium offices, and road construction.

4. Preferably experienced in construction and building development and or manufacturing company.

5. Understand safety, hygiene, and health standards for factory buildings.

6. Have experience in Inter-department and or cross functional coordination.

7. Able to operate drawing software: AutoCAD/ Visio/ Sketchup.

8. Willing to work in Head Office (Tangerang) and across Kino project site.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing engineering projects and operational maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, plant efficiency, and smooth production operations. The role involves overseeing machine maintenance, engineering projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while leading the engineering team to achieve safety, quality, and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational maintenance and project engineering preferably in the food/beverages manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in machine maintenance and engineering projects.
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed at Plant Cikande, Banten
