Project trial run arrangement - Material, Product assembly steps & jig/fixture coordination
Project monitoring & control through PDCA
Project schedule monitoring & update (full APQP+Summary APQP)
Sales sample leadtime follow up
R&R dicument preparation, compilation & monitoring
