What they need

Key responsibilities

To prepare cost estimation of tender and proposals, material and drawing submission;
To prepare drawings by AutoCAD;
To monitor the project status and progress within schedule;
Coordination with main contractors and sub-contractors

What we're looking for

Higher Diploma holder or Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering Disciplines;
Good knowledge of PC skills and AutoCAD;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Willing to learn, responsible, independent and self-motivated;
3-5 years related working experience
Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
