What You’ll Do

• Lead projects end to end from planning through execution and delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams across engineering and operations
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear project plans and milestones
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies with a pragmatic mindset
• Drive clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve project processes and ways of working
• Oversee and coordinate technical projects ensuring alignment with quality cost and delivery objectives
• Lead logistics and industrialization activities ensuring smooth transition from development to production
• Coordinate testing, validation and qualification phases ensuring compliance with applicable standards
• Act as the technical interface with clients managing technical alignment progress and change requests
• Support tender activities by contributing to technical proposals cost estimates and response processes

Requirements What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within a technical or industrial environment
• Proven ability to plan execute and deliver complex projects
• Strong experience working with technical documentation and structured processes
• Hands-on problem-solving attitude in dynamic environments
• Fluent in English. Any additional language is considered a plus
• Experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a strong plus
• Background as an aerospace engineer is considered a plus
