PROJECT ENGINEER

• Assist the project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule

• Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments

• Attend to daily tasks relating to project work of :-

1. Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, internal stakeholders from various disciplines, record meeting minutes.
2. Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc.…) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
3. Conduct Factory Acceptance Test as “Test Director”, working with internal subject Matter Expert (Test Commander) to explain the test process, demonstrate test performance with record of results.
4. Lead and organize shipment / logistic work and ensure product is delivered according to contractual obligation.

• Identify and alert higher management of potential risk exposure

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Proficiency in English

• Minimum four (4) years of working experience from marine and offshore / heavy equipment industry

• Computer proficiency in MS- Office Suites - Project / Excel / MS Word, Power Point / Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.

• Experience in supervisory and management or projects, people, work processes.
