We are a Dubai-based technical services and construction company specializing in renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and construction projects.

Job Description
We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our construction team and oversee renovation and technical projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction and renovation activities on site.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, materials, manpower, and work schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Check quantities and assist with material and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with consultants and authorities when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and completed works.
• Support project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, fit-out, renovation, or related projects.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1, G+4, or G+Unlimited certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site priorities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• English is required; Russian is an advantage.
