Role Overview Project Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic with hands-on experience in residential construction projects (high-rise buildings or villa developments). The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Execute construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Supervise day-to-day site operations for high-rise or villa projects
• Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
• Ensure smooth execution across civil, finishing, and MEP works

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety norms, and building codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality reports

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily progress and prepare MIS reports
• Highlight delays, risks, and deviations to senior management
• Support in resolving site-related technical issues

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Supervise contractors and ensure productivity
• Verify bills, measurements, and work completion status

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 3years of experience in residential real estate projects
• Strong exposure to high-rise or villa construction
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and project planning tools
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / MS Project / Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
