What they need
- Provide comprehensive project management and consultancy support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project execution strategies, plans, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Establish and manage project teams comprising project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, HSE, quality, planning, and commercial personnel.
- Coordinate project activities between COMPANY, contractors, engineering consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage onshore and offshore project execution activities as required.
- Monitor project progress against approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and HSE objectives.
- Identify project risks, constraints, interfaces, and potential delays and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
- Provide project reporting, including progress reports, management dashboards, risk registers, action trackers, and performance reports.
- Manage project interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, and operations.
- Support change management, variation assessment, technical queries, deviations, and claims management.
- Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with COMPANY procedures, specifications, applicable legislation, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to project personnel and ensure effective coordination across all project disciplines.
- Support successful completion, handover, close-out, and lessons-learned activities.
