Established civil contracting business delivering major road and infrastructure projects for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) across Queensland.

Role

This is a great opportunity for a civil engineer with genuine TMR project experience who is looking to build their career on a diverse pipeline of road construction and upgrade works, while being rewarded with a strong salary package and additional site-based incentives.

About You

• Proven experience delivering TMR / Main Roads projects, ideally across road construction, upgrades, or civil infrastructure works
• A degree qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent trade/technical background with strong TMR project exposure)
• Strong understanding of TMR specifications, quality systems, and contract delivery requirements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel

Roster & Flexibility This role requires flexibility to work on regional rosters when required, including 10:4 or 5:2 rotations, to support project delivery in Northern QLD.
