About you
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business management, or a related field
- Relevant experience as a project manager or in project supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Willing to work on-site and travel when required
- Experience in construction projects is an advantage
