Project Engineer (PE + MEP)

Infra Pacific Development is hiring a Project Engineer for a fast-tracked interior office fit-out at GBF Center 1, Bridgetowne, Quezon City. This is a site-based technical role on a roughly 2,481 sqm build across a single high-rise floor, executed under LEED and building fit-out guidelines. You will turn approved design and MEP documentation into buildable, coordinated, compliant work, drive day-to-day technical decisions on the floor, and protect quality, program, and cost against the drawings and specs.

Employment: Project-based, full-time, coterminous with the project (approximately 8 to 9 months)
Monthly rate: PHP 40,000 - 45,000
Location: GBF Center 1, 23rd Floor, Bridgetowne, C-5 Road, Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City
Reports to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEPFS drawings and specifications, and translate them into clear, buildable instructions for site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate shop drawings, as-built markups, and trade interfaces (partitions, ceilings, flooring, millwork, power, HVAC, and fire distribution) to catch clashes before they reach the floor
• Raise and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and resolve field discrepancies with the design and engineering team
• Prepare material take-offs, quantity measurements, and technical submittals for approval
• Supervise and inspect the works against approved drawings and the agreed quality standard; reject non-conforming work and enforce correction
• Lead punch-listing, defect close-out, testing and commissioning support, and turnover documentation
• Maintain accurate site records: daily reports, manpower and equipment logs, delivery records, and photo documentation
• Monitor progress against the schedule, flag slippage early, and support recovery planning
• Track quantities, wastage, and variations; support change-order documentation and cost control
• Enforce GBF tenant fit-out and LEED guidelines, house rules, and building-management requirements, including restricted hauling and delivery windows
• Support occupational safety and health compliance on site (RA 11058 and DOLE D.O. 198-18) with the safety officer

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; licensed PRC professional strongly preferred
• 3 to 5 years of site experience, with direct exposure to interior fit-out or high-rise construction
• Working knowledge of MEPFS coordination and the ability to read and reconcile multi-discipline drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Strong QA/QC discipline, site documentation habits, and subcontractor coordination skills

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Prior work on LEED-guided or green-certified fit-outs and familiarity with tenant fit-out permit processes
• Experience delivering under a compressed, milestone-driven program
• Exposure to occupied-building and high-rise logistics (freight-elevator scheduling, restricted hauling windows)
• Familiarity with BIM or clash-detection workflows

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
