Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Engineer to join our team at our Petaling Jaya HQ office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing engineering projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, budget and compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project execution from planning through completion & CCC for Design & Build Projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in warehouse design projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in housing development will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
