Project Engineer

Purpose of the job

Project Engineers manage the planning and processes of a project and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage project objectives - Ensure products/projects are delivered as per required quality, lead time and cost
• Investment - Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets and Cost Benefit Analysis
• Communications - Responsible to organize appropriate meetings and information sharing to ensure project team members are well informed on project status
• Decision making - Take decision on any ad-hoc situation of project
• Project team competency development - Organize training, project post-mortem to improve project management
• Procedure maintenance - Develop, communicate and maintain industrialization project procedures

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in any Engineering field
• 3 - 5 years experience in Project management
