About the role

This role involves supervising daily site activities and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on construction projects. You will monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
Conduct inspections and verify completed works for approval
Assist in project scheduling, cost monitoring, and documentation
Resolve on-site issues to avoid delays in project timelines

About you

Minimum 2-5 years' experience in construction or project development
Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors and suppliers
Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and reporting
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in estimating, quantity take-off, and cost control is an advantage
Knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software preferred
