Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

• Conduct measurement and quantity surveying activities on-site to ensure accurate billing and cost estimation.

• Assist in preparing reports, including daily progress reports, weekly status updates, and monthly reports.

• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential issues and implement solutions.

• Take accurate measurements of completed works.

• Prepare Measurement Sheets (MS) and Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS).

• Maintain previous, current, cumulative, and balance quantities.

• Prepare and submit RA Bills / Running Bills within the agreed billing cycle.

• Ensure all completed and eligible works are included in the bills.

• Coordinate with the client/main contractor/PMC for measurement approval.

• Track bill submission, certification, invoicing, and payment status.

• Maintain a project-wise billing tracker.
