What they need
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering fiield.
- Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems,including chillers, AHUs,FCUs,VRF/VRV systems,pumps,ducting,piping and controls/BMS (Building Automation Systems).
- Computer Literate & Software Proficiency (e.g. MS Office, AutoCad, Load Calculation Software etc.)
- Familiar with relevant building codes,regulations, and industry standards such as ASHRAE,SMACNA,NFPA and local mechanical codes.
- Understands system design principles (e.g. thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, psychometric etc.)
- Atleast 2 years of experience in handling HVAC projects or project engineering roles.
- Relevant experience in managing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and coordinating on-site activities
- Practical experience in Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC systems.
