Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and monitor day-to-day project workflow, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedules and quality standards.
• Make informed decisions to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with ground team and management on project activities, monitor resources, timelines, and progress to meet stakeholder expectations.

Technical Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze project-related challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Conduct structured analysis of business, technical, and operational factors to identify risks or constraints.
• Suggest practical, evidence-based solutions in collaboration with team members.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination to support operational goals.
• Proactively address stakeholder concerns to maintain project momentum.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit necessary project documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Track and maintain documentation for audits and project records.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Provide inputs to support project feasibility studies and decision-making.
• Highlight potential risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
