Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, coordination, and completion of engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with the design, R&D, production, purchase, quality, and service teams to ensure projects are completed within the required timeline and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, production, procurement, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and overall execution.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, quality standards, and requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Conduct regular project reviews and track project status.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and records.
• Support resource, material, and manpower planning.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes is an advantage.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Or a related engineering discipline

Preferred Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Exposure to project planning, scheduling, resource management, and project execution.
• Experience with technical documentation and project reporting.
