Project Engineer

About the role

To ensure engineering work is being completed efficiently, with high quality and in time in order to take care of a safe execution and a satisfied customer.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Project (Kick Off) meetings.
• Prepare documents for execution of projects independently (e.g., (transport) manuals, calculations, task risk analysis, drawings) and assist with client and MWS interface.
• In case required support the execution of projects on site.
• Report and keep track on project status, ensuring accurate time registration of change hours and scope variations.
• Provide input in favor of a project evaluation.
• Receive feedback on practicality of the operations and in case required register the lessons learned.
• Prepare, improve, and share in-house developed tools and spreadsheets.
• Assist on supporting documents (calculations, drawings, class documentation) for the involved departments.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.

About you

• Higher Vocational Education (Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology) or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Meet all requirements as stated in the company competence and training matrix
