Position Title: Project Engineer

Job Summary: The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Project Management Skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering and project challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring engineering solutions align with project requirements and meet industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns. Attend HAZOP Meeting with customer.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (engineering, procurement, production, etc.) to ensure project goals are met and to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Project Execution: Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that activities align with the project plan and adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, specifications, and other required records.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or requests. Budget Management: Track project costs, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering work and deliverables meet the required quality standards, conducting inspections with QAQC Team and reviews as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Project Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to management and other stakeholders, identifying potential issues and providing solutions.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Office, field, or on-site environments, depending on the project requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required to project sites or client meetings.
