Project Engineer

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

· Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

· Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

· Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.

· Lead project teams by providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

· Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication.

· Implement quality assurance processes to monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

· Seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall satisfaction.

· Prepare regular budget reports and financial forecasts to inform decision-making and ensure financial viability.

· Any other responsibilities will be assigned to you by the management.

• Successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout projects.

• Provide leadership to project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to facilitate effective collaboration and project execution.

• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges that arise during projects.

• Monitor project budgets closely, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects stay within financial limits.

• Ensure projects comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, implementing proactive risk management strategies.

• Oversee quality control processes to deliver project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.

• Prepare and deliver progress reports, maintain project documentation, and manage project communications effectively.

• Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

• Maintain the monthly documentations of lessons learned, reports, and other relevant date, and ensure the ongoing improvement and compliance.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
