What they need
- Coordinate and monitor steel fabrication and erection activities
- Plan and manage steel erection sequences
- Prepare and coordinate crane lifting plans
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Supervise bolt connections, structural alignments, and installation
- Ensure erection activities are carried out safely and according to project drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical/site issues
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Production Engineering
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in UAE in project engineering, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience in an industry-specific environment (e.g. Steel Fabrication, Steel Manufacturing) is preferred to ensure domain knowledge.
