CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer with 3 - 4 years of relevant building construction experience to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, project execution, technical supervision, progress monitoring and coordination with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and monitor daily construction activities.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors and manpower.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, manpower and site resources.
• Monitor project progress and report delays/issues.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, material approvals and technical documents.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• UAE construction experience is an advantage.
• Experience in wet food/meat processing projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and site inspection procedures.
• Ability to work at project sites in the UAE.

• AutoCAD – Required
• MS Excel & MS Word – Required
• Knowledge of relevant construction/project management software – Advantage
