Project Engineer

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Mundra, Gujarat – On-site
Department: Projects
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
Package: ₹5–6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress trackers.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines and highlight delays proactively.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, work orders, progress reports, and MOMs.
• Support budget tracking and project cost monitoring.
• Conduct/support site visits to monitor execution progress and quality compliance.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, HR, and administration teams.
• Identify project risks/bottlenecks and escalate them for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements at the site.

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project or similar tools.
• Understanding of project documentation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mundra, Gujarat.
