PROJECT ENGINEER

About the role

This is a hands-on project role with exposure to various aspects of construction project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities.
• Monitor site progress and update the project work programme.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Assist in preparing and updating Microsoft Project schedules.
• Follow up on project issues and ensure activities are progressing as planned.
• Perform other project-related duties as required.

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction activities and project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn and take on different aspects of project work.
• Responsible, organized and able to work as part of a team.
