Project Engineer

Job Summary

Project Engineer as part of the operations team in the PMO Department, is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within set deadlines and budgets. This role plays a critical part in accomplishing successful and smooth execution of projects, ensuring customers and internal stakeholders' satisfaction, covering all aspects including engineering, quality, schedule, cost and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with multiple departments
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Ensure Bill of Material (BOM) are created completely according to specifications
• Ensure Material Planning and Purchasing are executed according to project requirements
• Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to product quality procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field is the minimum requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics is preferred
• Master degree or higher are preferred
• Practical project management experience preferred
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and service manuals will be advantageous
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS policies, and customer site protocols during all activities at customer sites
