Project Engineer

*Candidates should have Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as Project Engineer in interior fit-out projects*

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, and site safety.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the design and technical teams to resolve site issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site inspections, and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues on site.
• Ensure works are completed within the agreed project schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer, with strong experience in interior fit-out projects.

• Interior fit-out experience is essential.

• Good knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, MEP, and technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
